A Note on Shipping Costs:  This website uses shopping cart software which allows us to set one rate only for each destination and shipping method.  Shipping estimates are based on a medium sized book, weighing up to 500 grams (or approx. 18 ounces) and your actual shipping costs may vary. If your book is very light, shipping will be reduced. If your order is heavy (over 500 grams) or oversized, we will contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.  Please see Shipping Info page in left column to view all shipping estimates.
