A Note on Shipping Costs: Canada Post has ended the lower priced surface mail shipping to the U.S.. Standard shipping is now Airmail Parcel. Surface and Airmail is still available to International (non-U.S.) destinations. (see shipping info in left column for all details).

Shipping estimates shown are based on a medium sized book, weighing up to 500 grams (or approx. 18 ounces) and your actual shipping costs may vary. If your book is very light, shipping will be reduced. If your order is heavier (over 500 grams) or oversized, we will contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
